Greg Meier, CPA, CGMA; President & CEO, Executive Sherpa

Greg is a Chief Finance and Operations Executive with 35 years of experience in profitably growing large, small and entrepreneurial organizations. He has succeeded in leadership roles in finance, operations, strategy, M&A, manufacturing and supply chain, and working with companies such as Clarity SSU, Health Equities RPM, HCA/HealthTrust, Mercy Health/ROi, Express Scripts, Corizon and EY.   

Recognized for strong leadership and skilled in Board and C-Suite level communication, Greg successfully develops organizational strategy, converts it into operational plans and drives performance execution. Through his career, he has demonstrated the ability to step into challenging situations and develop new concepts and alternative solutions, leading to peak performance.   

Greg serves on several advisory boards for start-ups, early stage and middle market companies. He supports their overall business strategy, planning, funding, sales and operations. Greg is a member of Association for Corporate Growth, Financial Executives International, American Institute of CPAs, Missouri Society of CPAs and Executive Connections. 

Greg has mentored numerous leaders into C-Suite and other leadership positions, helping them identify and develop their strengths. He is also accomplished in building high performing teams; meeting and exceeding stretch goals.  

Greg has a long history of giving back to the community. He has been a volunteer with Easterseals Midwest for more than 18 years including Board of Directors Chair and Treasurer and remains involved with his alma mater, Truman State University, was Regional Chair for its Pursue the Future capital campaign and received the 2023 School of Business Alumnus of the Year. With his wife Donna, they founded and were volunteer youth ministers for RAVE Youth Ministry for 27 years. Greg is currently on the Saint Margaret Mary Parish Council and also served as Finance Committee Chair and Parish Council Member at St. Bernadette Catholic Church for over 20 years. 

Cyril Narishkin, MBA; Managing Director, Executive Sherpa 

Cyril is a Chief Executive and Operations Executive with 40 years of experience building, motivating and empowering diverse and multi-talented teams from start-up through multi-billion dollar organizations.  With an MBA from Olin Business School, Washington University, Cyril has grown organizations in different industries with a particular focus upon manufacturing, operations and supply chain at companies such as Advanced Cell Engineering, Bitrode, RMS Medical, Paric, Piper Metal Forming Corporation, Essex Industries and Texas industries. 

Cyril is a dynamic, strategic business leader with demonstrated success at turning around performance, launching new products, and increasing revenue to drive profitable growth. Highly skilled at building, motivating, and empowering diverse and multi-talented teams to innovatively reduce costs, increase capacity, and improve financial performance, he is a strategic process-improvement expert who works effectively with board and ownership. 

Cyril is a multilingual, global business executive who has performed business in 21 countries, lived on 4 continents and who speaks English, Spanish, French and Dutch.  This has allowed him to bring his breadth of experiences to his employers and clients, elevating their performance. 

Being a contributing member to the community is very important to Cyril.  He is a past or current board member of Association for Corporate Growth, Olin Alumni, College Summit, YMCA Trout Lodge, St. Louis Zoo committees and Greater St. Louis Boy Scouts.
