Greg Meier, CPA, CGMA, President and CEO

Greg is a Chief Finance and Operations Executive with 35 years of experience in profitably growing large, small and entrepreneurial organizations. He has succeeded in leadership roles in finance, operations, strategy, M&A, manufacturing and supply chain, and working with companies such as HCA/HealthTrust, Mercy Health/ROi, Express Scripts, Corizon and EY. 

Recognized for strong leadership and skilled in Board and C-Suite level communication, Greg successfully develops organizational strategy, converts it into operational plans and drives performance execution. Through his career, he has demonstrated the ability to step into challenging situations and develop new concepts and alternative solutions, leading to peak performance. 

Greg serves on several advisory boards for start-ups, early stage and middle market companies. He supports their overall business strategy, planning, funding, sales and operations. Greg is a member of Association for Corporate Growth, Financial Executives International, American Institute of CPAs, Missouri Society of CPAs and Executive Connections.

Greg has mentored numerous leaders into C-Suite and other leadership positions, helping them identify and develop their strengths. He is also accomplished in building high performing teams; meeting and exceeding stretch goals. 

Greg has a long history of giving back to the community. He has been a volunteer with Easterseals Midwest for more than 15 years and remains involved with his alma mater, Truman State University, was Regional Chair for its Pursue the Future capital campaign and received the 2023 School of Business Alumnus of the Year. With his wife Donna, they founded and were volunteer youth ministers for RAVE Youth Ministry for 27 years. Greg also served as Finance Committee Chair and Parish Council Member at St. Bernadette Catholic Church since 2000.
